The GB 1949 UPU Universal Postal Union Complete Set SG499-502 are brilliant stamps, they are exactly as stated in the advert as in mint condition. They arrived on time and undamaged as the seller secured them well in a hard cardboard package and it was nice to receive a receipe from the seller.
