The bollards were placed in a cardboard box too big for them, with no packing material to keep them secure. As a result both both bollards tore through the boxes and then had to be resealed by the shipper. Thankfully, as they're steel bollards they didn't get damaged by the shipping. I raised this issue with the seller and got no response from them. All in all a poor experience.
