Went for the Deluxe model so hoped it would be good . However it Fell apart first time using cushion the plastic screws holding seat to cushion don’t hold so seat part floats to surface . Not fit for purpose Avoid . Contacted Seller who doesn’t give refunds for not fit for purpose products.

Item arrived as planned ...was purchased for my wife to use ...but not user friendly in hottub, followed instruction & placed in position in hottub to use ....but base support that has the suckers parts very easily( flimsy connection with cushion) ...then has to be fully removed /re attatched & then repositioned , poor quality item that is going to be sent back & ask for full refund
