Installation instructions not hard to follow, but Arnold Swartzenneger couldn't compress the spring when he was 20 years old! I just, using two hands to hold the just barely touching the window siding with bar; two hands hold the spring bar and some plastic anti-slip plastic shelf liner, use to tighten the spring bar until it wouldn't slip around. (Using your wife for one pair of hands. That works.) A light mallet used to tap the assembly into "level" and into final position. Not hard to do.

Products came the day it was scheduled. Box was ripped that it came in but no problem, products are individually wrapped in plastic. The product are just like the picture.
