It DOES work
Ok it does work, I purchased the big bottle and followed the instructions to a T, applying twice a day after thoroughly cleaning and drying the area to be lightened, after 4-6 weeks there was a massive difference, the only issue is you have to keep it up, i stopped using after I ran out and 2-4 weeks later the area started to return to the previous colour. So if you're willing to pay the price, you could be pretty happy. Only lasted 8 days with small application. No colour change, pretty expensive product to buy which only a lasts a few days! Expect to pay over £80 to see a VERY slight change.
