It was packaged with great care. The seller communicated immediately when we had a shipping concern. The USPS sent the package to an incorrect location, which seems to be happening a lot these days and this is not the sellers fault or issue.

The bag was well packaged & in superb condition described as advertised; unfortunately the bag was too small to meet my carrying essentials and had to be returned. My refund is pending their receipt but I have no doubt it will be handled just as efficiently as the order processed. I have come to realize the online photos make the items appear much larger than the measurements provided. I would definitely order from this seller again.
