    Old tech still best

    I listen to music late into the early morning. So as to not wake up the mrs I have a small cassette player by the bedside. At low volume I am playing mixtapes ( I loathe Spotify ). Neil Young, field recordings from Gruenrekorder, Nick Cave, Angele, Warpaint, Peter Hammill, Charles Lloyd, Angel Olsen, Sharon Van Etten’s first album, the Cure, Eno, Bowie, Roxy Music, Peter Gabriel and Genesis. Cassettes are nostalgic but still practical if you want to not use computer, platforms, pods and the ghastly new tech of the modern world,

    Good quality mechanism, tape quality as expected.

    I actually bought these to be used as donor cases for some old cassettes, some 40 years old. The transfer was easy and the transport quality is far better than the old budget cases. The shells are fastened by screws and the mechanism has a couple of sturdy rollers mounted on steel pins. Very happy as I can now playback some old recordings like they were recorded yesterday.

    Quality and value product

    The product is excellent and good value for money, l bought 10 tapes 90 min each but l forgot l can tape on both sides which gave me actually 180min or 3hours per tape, also not forgetting Maxell tapes been for a very long time holding great reputation for quality product. l am very pleased with the product and recommend it.

    Quality with Nice Presentation

    Excellent tapes, cassette is made in clear plastic so you can see how much tape you have left. Comes with 4 sticky labels for the clear plastic box spine. 45mins each side. Total 90mins.

    Clear Sounding on Recording

    They are no different now when I was using them 20 years ago , They are Clear sounding ,but as twenty years ago they still suffer a bit of Rasping ect , which can be caused by the Record scratches . BUT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY .
