It came very fast and had a print out with step by step instructions that were very easy to follow. The sourdough was very easy to get going and almost immediately responded well to feedings. I have been highly impressed. I did a full feeding cycle as instructed and have made bread twice with it and they turned out beautifully. The starter is wonderful.
