Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you.
All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original State, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition.     Great product

    I bought this remote because I broke my other one. I didn’t have to wait very long for it to arrive, I was able to use it as soon as I took it out of the packaging which was good. I didn’t have to go through the hassle of tuning it in with my tv like with other brands I have bought previously. I would definitely buy again although I hope I won’t have to.
