Great product, promptly sent, but took 3 weeks to arrive (in France) and packaging had had to be reinforced by the local courier. Email sent after nearly 3 weeks of waiting to find out when delivery was likely to be (tracking suggested it was stuck in Amsterdam), only received a one line message to say it had been sent. I already knew that, not helpful. Happy with the product and price, less so with the choice of transporter.
