Great for the price....
Glides on nicely, drys quick, don’t think it’s completely smudge proof but very good for the price. I couldn’t get on with the stamp but maybe it just takes practice, found flicks easy to do it without.

Nice eyeliner, easy to apply, good value.
Very easy to apply a bit like using a fine liner felt pen. I've only used eye pencils in the past but found this product gentler on the eye. I wouldn't say it is totally waterproof though it lasted well and was very easy to remove. I don't use the stamp but sure it would work well.
