Soy de piel mixta y con el paño en la area afectada tenia mucha resequedad. Con 2 dias mi piel sintio alivio. Espero ver el resultado con la mancha.

The shoes WERE in new condition until the seller jammed them together so tightly in the packaging that one of the heels gouged into the soft material of the other shoe. It’s not terrible noticeable but it just didn’t need to happen and for the price of the shoes it is really annoying. I would have rather paid an extra dollar on shipping to have it packaged properly. Unfortunately it is hard to get a good picture of it because the shoes are so shiny and reflective.
