1. Delivery Times & Item Weight
 
Delivery times are shown in the postage section of the listing and are given in good faith, these times are not a guarantee. Please note that if you order contains an item over 50kg this may take longer to be delivered.
 
2. If you are unsure on the colour and quality of your carpet, vinyl flooring or artificial grass please request a free sample before purchasing. Please note we do not currently offer a sample service for laminate flooring, doorbars, grippers or beading/scotia.
 
3. Delivery can be anytime between 7am and 7pm. We operate a one man delivery service and delivery is mostly to the nearest accessible entrance to the building. Or, if there are accessibility issues, to the doorstep or kerbside. We cannot deliver up flights of stairs.
 
4. When the courier arrives please check that the item(s) are free from damage before signing. Please also check that you have received the correct item(s) and size(s). If damage is found then please write so on the couriers delivery form.
 
5. Please do not book your fitter or installer until your goods have arrived and have been thoroughly checked, as we are not liable for any fitting or third party fees due to an issue or delay with your delivery or order.
 
6. In the unlikely event that your flooring has incurred damage or is the wrong item we will arrange for a replacement at our expense. Do not fit any damaged flooring because we cannot replace any items which have been cut.
 
7. Flooring of different widths is made at different times, because of this we cannot guarantee a colour match if you order from two different widths or if you order the same flooring at different times (e.g ordering the same item weeks apart). Even if the items are on the same listing.
 
8. All delivery times are given in good faith, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date or time.
 
9. Please check your postcode on the postage tab to see if we can deliver to your area. If you are not sure please contact us.
 
10. Please note that all dimensions are in accordance with British Standards 3655 (1974) +/- 1.25% in width and/or length.
