Sellers description was not fantastic as it had been advertised as JMC, high energy food, but what was sent was not JMC and the shelflife on, it was only 10 months , however, when I emailed the seller and asked, apparently JMC had gone bust a couple years ago. . The food itself is good and the fish seem to like it. It was delivered fast. Maybe the seller just needs to update the picture and description of the fish food to avoid problems in the future. .

Purchased 4 items at the same time from this seller. Description said all items in stock for immediate dispatch but they sent all the items on 3 separate days so I had to make 3 trips to the click and collect shop. So 3 separate currier trips and 3 lots of packaging when the lot could go together in 1 box. Despite numerous times asking why they did this I got no answer. Very bad for the environment seller, won't be using again.

This arrived with the packaging wet. When I opened the product the inner cap was not sealed and was in the top of the lid and there was only approx 1 quarter of fluid left in the bottle. Seller asked for pics which I provided best I could. They then refunded me £3, a quarter of the price I paid for the bottle. I replied explaining I did not agree with this and have just been ignored since.
