Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase all items must be returned for a refund.
 
 
Orders before 14:00 are dispatched the same working day where possible and orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
 
Please remember delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
 
Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders on bank holidays. Please note Saturday does not count as a working day.

We have a 30 return/cancellation policy on all items. All items reported as not received must be reported to ourselves within 14 working days from dispatch date.

    Practical very useable

    Thick knee cushion makes for easy and comfortable use also fully adjustable for any size fitter and carpet added to great value for cost makes for a good buy

    Am Tech Carpet Kicker

    This seems to be well made and has a dial to change different level for the spikes for carpet pile height. I used it to install carpet first time and seems to have done the job I required it for. I'm guessing it's OK for DIY but not sure about professionals.

    For the price , this was very good value . I bought it to fit my own carpet and it had no problems using it , just followed the instructions about setting the spike depth and now have a carpet that looks professionally fitted .

    Does the job well

    Excellent product. Could not have laid the bedroom carpet (relocated from dining room) anywhere near as well without it. Seems well made and sturdy. Only criticism - took a while to arrive under the free delivery.
