Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase all items must be returned for a refund.
 
 
Orders before 14:00 are dispatched the same working day where possible and orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
 
Please remember delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
 
Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders on bank holidays. Please note Saturday does not count as a working day.
 
Returns/Refund Policy
 
We have a 30 return/cancellation policy on all items. All items reported as not received must be reported to ourselves within 14 working days from dispatch date.
 
Unwanted Items

    POOR QUALITY

    This has turned out to be a bad buy, as the drill bits go slack in the chuck when in use. I will only buy a genuine manufacturers replacement in future.

    Great value

    Having damaged the chuck on my drill I was about to throw it out. This very inexpensive chuck looks and fits fine. In fact I can't see where other more expensive equivalents are better. I am very pleased with this purchase.
