I have searched for the past 7 years for a product that helps with very heavy monthly period, heavy to the point of not being able to leave the house for anything more than 45mins and even then using a couple each of sanitary products being used at the same time ( sorry for being so blunt). I had tried all the pharmaceutical tablets prescribed by my GP, with side effects working but not helping with my problem. Hot sweats started and pain along with the heavy loss. I absolutely dreaded each month with the period lasting between 10-18 days I hardly had a gap between periods. I researched these herbal tablets and noticed a difference in my mood within 2 weeks, I have now had my first period since using these and although heavy it was only for 24hrs and normal rest of the 4 days. YES a total ... I personally think this supplement is working for me, though I've been taking this for the past 2 years. Everyone is different so it may benefit some.... On the other hand I feel you need to persevere with this and see wonderful benefits. For example period cramps are much more controlled, breasts tenderness have reduced considerably. Mood swings are much more less frequent. Sometimes my mood would flare up from no where.... And this is the best supplement from All that I've tried and tested, in the past 5 years. I came of the depo provera injection 3 months ago and was sick of all the withdrawal symptoms and constant bleeding. I heard that agnus castus is good for getting your hormones back to normal.
