For me, the tablets were rather large and I had difficulty trying to swallow them.
I was a little disappointed as the tablets were rather large for me to swallow. Will have to try and cut them in half - trouble is when you do that the edges are not very smooth. Must remember next time to see if I can get them in liquid form.
