Good Product
It dissolves well particularly if mixed with a little cider vinegar with 'mother 'in the water. (Other makes I have tried do not dissolve so well). The vinegar also makes the taste fine. (I use Willys from Sainsburys.) I take this every night to prevent restless feet, it works well for this.

I was recommended to try this powder by a friend as I was suffering with cramps in my toes,feet and front of legs. It was waking me 2 or 3 times every night. I sprinkle 1/2 a teaspoonful on my muesli each morning and within 2 weeks my cramps had disappeared. Best Magnesium Citrate on the market.
I have tried other makes of Magnesium Citrate in the past and have been disappointed but this one is really good. It dissolves fast, isn't a bad taste and certainly does the job.
