The M6 nuts of this carrier are sub quality. The thread got damaged. The inner diameter was to big according ISO specification. The roof bars could get loose when in use. I replaced the nuts myself. Now it’s fine. This could have caused a lot of damage. I am using the bars to transport bicycles. In my opinion the product is dangerous. For your interest: I am an engineer working in aviation.

Generally a good product
Have no real problems with these bars other than you can still remove them with Allen key once locks have been put in place which is a bit of a waste of time. For me no problem as I remove them once the job is done but could be a problem for others
