Unfortunately the roof bars did not fit my vehicle properly. Have not had occasion to send anything back to ebay before, so a little uncertain how the process worked. I contacted SoAuto and spoke with Kevin, who was very helpful and advised me what to do. I have now received a refund, so full marks to the company for dealing with it efficiently. Would be happy to use them again!
