good communication. Item arrived damaged and was clearly no fault of the vendor, it was well packaged but unfortunately must have been dropped or thrown violently in transit & a vital small plastic part was snapped off. We agreed to split the loss between us but due to eBay's ridiculous interface they were unable to give me a 50% refund so they just refunded the whole lot. I feel bad for the vendor because they sold me the item in good faith & have ended up losing out as a result of the process.
