It was as simple and as easy as it gets. Only took about an hour. It is a lot quieter and a lot smaller and lighter. Works perfect and the wife is very happy. Thank you very much!!

Worked for 8 hours trying to install the disposer. Finally figured out whomever builds GE disposers put the wrong rubber gasket in the box. I made modifications to the disposer so I can't return it. But beware - if you get one and it won't mount correctly, it might be because of the manufacturer, not you!
