Took a while to get here, my shipping details were uploaded wrong. I got a notification the package was delivered to Orlando FL - not me. I called DHL, they advised that package was not mine. I communicated with the seller on the error. Item came as described and is working well.

The item I received was defective due to a manufacturing defect. I took pictures and brought this to the attention of the seller (it was not their fault) and they ended up refunding all of my purchase money. I would trust this seller anytime after my experience with this purchase. I clearly give the SELLER a 5 star rating. The product manufacturer needs to correct their problems to prevent the delivery of defective devices. I believe the problem is limited to the A12 (solar powered) model.
