This urn arrived in good time and is a lovely sturdy item. My only criticism is that the picture showed the opening for the ashes was a decent size opening with the fastening being the kind that you would slot a coin in and turn. That’s what decided it for me. However the one I received didn’t have this, instead it had a tiny hole in the top of the heart which you need an Allen key, not supplied, to get access. A tiny funnel is supplied to get the ashes in. I messaged the seller, no reply.

Lovely urn that arrived on time. However, it was not the one in the photograph which was ordered specifically to match an urn mum already has. At such a sensitive time, I feel the seller shouldn't just assume a substitute will be acceptable. And arranging a return or offering another for half price so that mum can decant existing ashes is not the answer.
