Hi. Your strings were mailed at the post office before noon on the 18th, so that would mean that the first opportunity for your parcel to begin being sorted would be a.m. on the 19th.Royal mail services have been affected by staff shortages and cost cutting reorganisation, it is currently a very poor service, but there is no other option to use save expensive couriers . On top of that we now have strikes. Please be patient
