I wasn't "condescending" by any measure, nor was the hat "damaged beyond recovery"—there was absolutely no damage, as verified by the photos you provided. Above all, I ACCEPTED THE RETURN. The listing stated that the hat is designed to be transported in a more flattened state, and photos I took and you submitted showed it reshaped. The inconsistencies/imperfection in the weave were also depicted in the stock photo. Your punitive outrage is malicious.
