Warranty
This warranty does not cover damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, maladjustment of customer controls, modification, acts of nature i.e. earthquakes etc, service by anyone other than the respective manufacturer's service centre. Transistors for Radios & Amplifiers are not covered under warranty by Manufacturer or ourselfs due to misuse via power & SWR.
If the product is believed to be factory faulty, it should be returned to us for testing and if found faulty by us it will be returned to the manufacturer for repair. If the unit cannot be repaired, we will arrange for it to be replaced. If we cannot obtain an identical item we will then refund the cost of the product.
 
If the product is NOT found to be factory faulty by our technical department it will be returned to you at your cost.

The seller sent the microphone very quickly but for some reason didn't work on my radio, seller said send it bk and he would send replacement. The microphone I sent back worked on their radio but they still sent a replacement that worked straight away. There is not enough space to explain how helpful this seller has been and how quickly they replied. These microphones are very good quality and excellent value for money. I highly recommend this seller.
