You can imagine how that parcel arrived plus it was just left on the doorstep on the first try with a knock and run ! The item was in terrible packaging which allowed some damage to the item. The seller is actually based in China and communication went from good to terrible. I had to open a case with eBay to get this resolved which took almost 2 weeks before finally getting a resolution.
