    Ho acquistato un telefono Brondi , un telefono base da regalare a mio padre over 70, ma purtroppo il pacco mi è arrivato con solo gli accessori ( caricabatterie, batteria , auricolari) , ma del telefono non c'è traccia. Ho contattato il venditore per chiedere cosa era successo. Il venditore non ha aperto la scatola del telefono quindi non ha controllato che ci fosse il telefono. Di fatto io ho pagato per un telefono che non ho. Ho mandato diversi messaggi, ma il problema non è stato risolto!

    Gentile ClienteQuello che sostiene lei è assolutamente inverosimile. La confezione di vendita era sigillata dal produttore e la nostra Azienda ha controllato più volte l'esistenza del telefono pesando il pacco e scuotendolo per verificare che all'interno vi fosse l'Oggetto richiesto. Le abbiamo chiesto cortesemente diverse volte spiegazioni sull'accaduto ma non c'è stata nessuna volontà di collaborare per risolvere questo mistero. Qualora cambiasse idea saremo qui ad ascoltarla.
