I ordered a 3 piece novelty toy drum gift and a 5 piece was delivered. The 'skin' of one of the drums was split making it broken, unusable and unacceptable. I reported this to the seller who asked for it to be returned which I did.
He refused to offer a full refund and asked for postal tracking details. I informed him that the returned parcel was not tracked but I sent a photo of the postal receipt along with all the details. Still no refund offered.
Avoid this seller. A rip off.
