Had to contact eBay and have the Seller cancel the order because he/she attempted to extort additional shipping monies after the auction was over. Seller has his/her own ideas about what eBay policies are and seems to feel he/she can actually charge more in shipping after an item has been paid for. Additionally, the Seller doesn't understand anything he/she states in their auction doesn't override eBay policies or what shipping costs are stated in the auction.

To clarify we never had any items on auction, all our items are on BUY IT NOW status. The buyer bought the item has fixed price and did not pay attention to the ad description that clearly states twice that costumers should contact us PRIOR buying to receive an accurate shipping cost to their locations. Our shipping costs are approximative since it is impossible to have fixed low rates that will cover all North America. The buyer could have asked for a refund without having to contact EBAY.
