Although the Dispatch was quick, and the delivery was slow (No thanks to Royal Mail) I finally received the item, Although it was the wrong colour sent (By mistake) the seller was quick to offer me a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience when the seller noticed I left a negative on which I gladly accepted. Overall, I m now happy with the outcome with this seller and have now changed my feedback to positive as I understand it was human error and acknowledge the sellers empathy.

I had to return the suit as it wasn’t a good fit on me. The suit was lovely and very good quality. The seller has been great from start to finish. Rapid delivery and refunded me as soon as they received the return. I would definitely deal with the seller again.
