Shortly after I paid for the item I received a message from the seller informing me that upon retrieving the garment to prepare for shipping they noticed moth holes. They offered to send photos and/or I may cancel. I chose to cancel with a total refund. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their honesty and excellent business sense. I will buy from this seller again.

All I can say for the packaging is that it worked. My opinion was that the box was too small and the coat was crammed into it. As to shipping time, we ordered two coats from two different vendors within minutes of each other. Both had the exact same estimated shipping date.
