Have contacted them twice as the coasters were broken when they arrived. They told me they could be fixed with glue and offered 50% refund. I refused and asked for either full refund or replacement. The haven’t answered my message, but EBAY have said they will help If no response or resolution by 30th Jan. Am very disappointed as they were advertised as new, but box was very tatty which made me suspicious before I opened it.
