Faulty (badly packaged tightly rolled) heat pad short circuited two cables (fully functional in separate rooms) and seller knew his item was faulty despite BS story about testing it prior to sending it out! I am out by two expensive cables and he immediately refunded me without waiting to receive the defective item back and test himself. I offered to send him cables and the reasonable expectation was that he would have replaced the cables. There is no light on either cable!

Item was as described. Postage was expensive and delivery was late, sellers response to this was disappointing, blaming courier. The courier is the sellers agent, so maybe they should use a different courier who wouldn’t let their buyers down

The customer purchashed the items on thesunday the 26th of August, they were dispatched on Monday the 27th of August and delivered on Friday the 1st of Sept.both boxes together made a medium heavy parcel.Customer did not contact me with any concerns prior to leaving feedback.
