The item I received was much smaller than described. It was described as 10" wide, 5" deep, but what I received was 6" wide and 2" deep. When I contacted the seller, they said they would resend the correct item, but I never received it. I messaged them again and they said it was too expensive to send. I recommend not buying from this seller.

I contacted the seller BEFORE ordering to check that the item supplied was exactly as shown and described in the listing, having been disappointed before with this seller, and after reading some of the reviews. The seller confirmed that the item sent would be exactly as shown and described - it isn't!! The 'Japanese steel' scissors are basic, 'Spear' brand, Chinese made.
Why advertise something that clearly the seller cannot supply?
The only plus is that they arrived quickly.

The scissors ARE sharp and would be OK, but they are difficult to open and close smoothly and are not comfortable to use. I suppose for the money, they are OK, you can't expect too much, but the main gripe is the fact that they aren't as advertised.
In fairness though, I can't fault the speed of delivery.
