    Too mush plastic Neilmed

    I noticed that the sinus rinse sachets now come stored in a plastic rather than the original card box. I contacted Neilmed who gave a lame excuse but wouldnt tell me why they had started using plastic rather than card. ...in fact they just didnt reply after the one message.! In today's polluted world we need LESS plastic... so why has NeilMed introduced more plastic to hinder recycling and further pollute the world.

    Small sachets of salt solution. Could just use table salt but i like to have the exact amounts for ease.

    Not so great for the environment. Lots of little salt packets. Wont buy again to save waste. If yu ard likely to make mistakes in amounts to use then these packets are easy.

    Good for nasal rinses

    If you're looking for pre-packaged saline solutions for nasal rinses, then this brand is as good as I've ever used. I use it 4-5 times a week to clear my sinuses before bedtime and find it helps with my usual congestion. It doesn't necessarily help with sleep apnea, but makes night-time breathing a bit easier.

    I was advised to use this by my doctor as I have fluid behind my ears … it’s certainly helped and I now use it regularly…. Not quite as deaf as I was. My daughter also uses it for sinusitis. Very good 😊
