The gel case has made the mobile look like new; the screen protector wasn't so successful in that there were several specks of dust underneath despite fastidious cleaning beforehand. Unfortunately, the protector cracked when I tried to remove it to reclean the screen, but hey-ho, the case / cover was worth it on its own
