There was a problem with USPS (they sent package back to origin location) which was out of our control, but spookykabookie went out of the way to try to resolve the issue and was very communicative during the addition week it took before the package arrived. I was offered many options including a total refund, which I did not want as the sandals, when they finally arrived, were exactly what I wanted. I would deal with this seller again in the future.
