Die Ware wurde schnell geliefert. Sie entspricht auch der Beschreibung. Qualitativ ist sie für die Preisklasse absolut in Ordnung.Der Verkäufer könnte sich und dem Käufer eine Menge Zeit ersparen, wenn er die Ware ordentlich verpackt. Die schweren Bremsscheiben folgen durch den Karton, dadurch wurde dieser beschädigt. Dei Bremsklötzeverpackung ging dadurch auf und ein Bremsklotz ging durch den kaputten Karton verloren.
Der Verkäufer reagierte immer sofort auf die Nachfragen. Dennoch dauerte es.

Der Verkäufer konnte/wollte nicht liefern, ebay hat sofort interveniert und die Rückerstattung veranlasst. Bez. Artikelbeschreibung kann ich nichts sagen, hat sich richtig gelesen. Versandkosten wären eher hoch gewesen, Lieferzeit wurde nicht eigehalten, Verkäuferkommunikation hat es nicht gegeben.
