It came well packaged in it's original Hugo box with its proper tags, booklet and proof of warranty ect.. .it was exactly as advertised. Excellent good quality watch for a very reasonable price. This is a genuine vendor who supplies good quality watchers at discounted prices, I would definitely recommend buying from this supplier and I will buy again In the future myself. I was abit cautious about buying a watch of ebay at first, but I am more than satisfied with this purchase.

Communication poor, only answers once a day between 4am and 5am Was trying to explain issue, but was told that it s my fault that bracelet is too tight, despite the fact and photo proof that bracelet was adjust by profesional at reputable store. Seller didnt want to help at all. I had to return watch and paid out of my pocket for return postage. When mention that was completely ignored. Avoid. There are many more good sellers on eBay for the same product.
