Right for you to cancel your Order
 
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods by.
 
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sums paid to us for the goods (but not the delivery charges) will be returned to you or re-credited to your account as soon as possible provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition (including any accessories, packaging, instructions etc) that they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the Goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
 
Right for us to cancel your order
 
We reserve the right to cancel your order up to any point before delivery if we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods, we do not deliver to your area/country, if one or more of the goods was listed an incorrect price.
 
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will return to you any sums paid as soon as possible (usually the same day). We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
 
Returns Policy
 
The Buyer, under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, has the statutory right to return any product/s the Buyer has purchased within seven (7) working days after the delivery for any reason, even if the Buyer has simply changed their mind. This can be either part of or the whole order. If the seven (7) days have expired then the Seller is unable to accept a return unless the item is faulty by a manufacturing reason. The Buyer must inform the Seller in writing (email) or by telephone 0191 2803364 within seven (7) working days. The Seller will contact the Buyer and arrange any collection that is required. Once the goods have been returned to the Seller, the Seller will inspect the goods and if returned in its original condition and original packaging the Buyer will be entitled to a refund of the goods less delivery charges and collection charges. Please note the Buyer will be informed of the costs from the Seller before the return is finally agreed between the two parties. The Seller must return the agreed refund within 30 days from receipt of goods at the latest. The goods must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, no other method is acceptable and the Seller has the right to refuse return. The Buyer does have the right to return the goods by their own means but the Seller will take no responsibility for the condition that the goods arrive in. The Seller has the right to refuse delivery of the return by other sources if the goods are not in their original packaging or the goods are clearly damaged by the delivery method at point of delivery/return. The refund will not include a non refundable deposit value if an item is bespoke or classed as non-standard.

    Finally took the plunge and glad I did

    I hadn’t played a CoD game for years, I’d gotten bored of them and couldn’t justify the outlay anymore. For a long time I found Battlefield provided the better FPS experience. When I heard that Warzone was going to be free to play I had to give it a try and it grabbed me in no time. The slick graphics, smooth animation, variety of weapons and game types were more than enough to keep me interested. It also got me back into playing online with friends and colleagues, something which I’d stopped doing. As they were also playing Modern Warfare I had a look for copies on eBay and eventually took the plunge. Despite some initial frustrations at being shot from every angle, over and over I have adjusted to the multiplayer game style and now happily switch between MW and WZ, enjoying both equally. ...

    Lots to do before you can play.

    First, you need internet access and I had to set up an Activision account to get updates that weren’t in the PlayStation store. The updates necessary even to play campaign are MASSIVE. It’s taking players up to 8-10 hours to update. Yes the game is good but it has a lot of installation bugs.

    Few more Steps in the right Direction!!

    This is actually a really good game i was so supprised, i am like many old school players that are tired of the repetitive gameplay and reskins, but they have finally made steps in the right direction with warzone and the customisation and awesome graphics. If you liked mw2, with the classic maps like Rust and containment, you will enjy revisitng these veteran maps again. Not happy with the pay 2 win, loot box/gambling culture - I do hope t gets regulated, additional content and loot boxes are 2 very different things. Overall quite happy 7/10 worth the time just to play warzone which is the best battle royale game out right now.

    I was really excited for the release of MW but so far it has been a huge let down The campaign was short but great the story and gameplay was the best since black ops 1, The CO OP mode is really difficult but its pretty good.But the multiplayer is one of the worst in cod history the player base is 90% campers it's really hard trying to enjoy the game with out get shot by a camper in every corner the gun mechanics are too different its almost not a cod game and the maps are really boring and uninteresting, the camos are horrible and the kill time is alright but headshots are op you can almost kill anyone with any gun with 2 shots to the head. People asked for a realistic cod and they have got it but for OG players this is a huge let down

    Bargain of the year

    I'm an older player and have just managed to get a PS5. My friend has a group that plays this game in multiplayer mode every weekend and I thought I had every C.O.D. game going. This one is as good as the rest and, for £6 something (PS4 version) was a total bargain. More please.
