    Family movie. Entertaining WITHOUT being rude, crude or nude!

    I saw the movie The Heavenly Kid when it came out in 1985. It was fun to watch. I had forgotten about it until several years ago when I came across it again. I have been trying to find it since then but was unsuccessful in finding a decent price. I don't think there is any movie worth $50-$150, sorry but that's the truth. If you like a sassy, funny and, sometimes sad movie with a good message, this is it.

    Happy ending

    I was living in Ft Lauderdale, the movie was filmed there, in fact there's one scene where he at a bar, where his lighter blows up, they had to keep reshooting the scene, and I had to keep making egg salad sandwhiches, never got to see the movie until recently it was awesome, my egg salad sandwhiche was cut. Didn't make it in the movies
