Sent wrong item - I was going away but refused to send correct item until I was able to return the WEONG one - their issue but I was expected to deal with it. I have not been refunded

Apologised to the buyer and gave them 3 options:
- We would organise a collection and get the correct bag sent out
- The buyer could keep the bag they received at a discounted rate
- We would collect the bag and give the buyer a full refund.
I'm not sure what else we could have done for the buyer as they refused all three options and it appears they give negative feedback to many sellers.
