Item recieved but not in container expected explained to seller the only reason purchased off him was the old type container however I was fobbed off with a read the small print reply which was his excuse for being too lazy to change the image on listing seller also had a go at me for being unhappy with his poor service

Unfortunately the customer failed to read the listing description fully and only saw the picture. Offered the customer a refund and offered to find an old style container for him that he liked so much but was told to "shove my container" Not sure how that's poor service, some people just like to moan and whinge! Product ordered was the product the customer received. Merry Christmas and a cheery New Year!
