Terms and conditions of the sale
Age of Consent
Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer must accept the age limit when placing an order to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods.
If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice
 
Delivery
Goods supplied within the United Kingdom will normally be delivered within five working days of acceptance of order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by a third party to the Buyer's address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
 
Price and Payment
The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Ebay listing. Unless stated on the Ebay listing to the contrary, the Price is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed prior to confirming the order and completing the payment process.
After the order is received the Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods.
Payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Contract if:-
The Seller has insufficient stock to deliver the Goods;
The Seller does not deliver to the Buyer's area; or
One or more of the Goods was listed at an incorrect price due to any error.
If the Seller does cancel the Contract, the Seller will notify the Buyer by e-mail and will re-credit to the Buyer's account any sum deducted by the Seller from the Buyer's credit card / Paypal account as soon as possible. The Seller will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation to the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Ebay website at its discretion. 1.7 The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Ebay website at any time.

Returns
If you would like to return a product you have purchased for any reason. You must do this within 30 days of receipt. To start this return process please contact our returns team at futuraebay@futuramail.co.uk
If you are returning a product which has been purchased by mistake, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the delivery and the return postage costs. All goods returned must be returned using a Tracked courier service. All goods must arrive in a brand new condition and in their original undamaged packaging.
Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, if the goods are in a resalable condition a refund minus any costs will be processed within 5 working days. If there are any reasons the refund cannot be processed you will be informed.

The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the Seller. Except where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, all other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer's purpose.

    Fantastic product that actually works!

    Fantastic product that actually works, having tried magnetic screens which were a pain, I bought this to keep flies out of our static caravan, so good I bought another for patio doors and it’s slightly bigger than others at 99cm wide, very easy to adjust the length- just unhook unneeded links and looks good too as shiny

    well made product and reasonably light being all metal, links very easy to remove to adjust length required. good value and would recommend. only criticism is the hole on the hanging bracket is to large for the fixing supplied but a small washer soon rectifies this

    Buy it, you'll never look back, worth every penny. Keeps flies out

    I've used loads of different fly screens over the years, none have lasted long or been very effective. I decided to bite the bullet and try a Vermatik screen as they have excellent reviews. It was a lot more than I wanted to pay but the bluebottles that enter my house constantly drive me insane so it was this or lose the plot. I was a bit wary, could it really be the answer? Well, it is easy to put up, much easier than previous ones, it's not very heavy (but plenty heavy enough) the chains hang nicely, the dogs find it easy to use, it is very, very quiet, and - tadaaaa.... it keeps the flies out! I have had the odd one since I put it up but I'd say it's a 90% reduction. It's very good quality, I can't see me having to buy another for many, many years, so it is actually well worth the ...

    Good quality but a bit pricey.

    Well made with polished aluminium chain and a substantial head fitting. Chain length adjustment is a bit fiddly and the mounting holes are too big but these are minor gripes. It can be left up in the rain. A quality product but I thought it rather expensive.

    Great Product

    I bought two of these to go on my conservatory doors. I was a bit apprehensive as they had to go inside the conservatory rather than outside and we had to fit them to the PVC. I have trimmed them by using a hacksaw and adjusted the length as well and I have to say since they have been fitted, no flies or bees now. I can highly recommend these - fantastic product.
