Vendor quickly adapted to my needs and expedited shipping, following through the entire process and giving me instructions and advice every step of the way. They even covered shipping fees through DHL at no extra cost to me!And the item was exactly as advertised, mint condition, perfectly packaged and protected.

Unfortuantely, there was additional duty to be paid, as the product was not shipped from Canada, even though it was described as being in Ontario. Additionally, the stick came with a standardsize stick bag, but is not long enough to hold a 38" stick. Shipping was fairly quick given the international origin, but not that great, given I expected it to be shipped within Canada.
