I was really disappointed to see that this is actually mainly made of erythritol. I opened and decanted it and upon inspecting the packaging further I saw the ingredients (organic erythritol, organic monk fruit). Be warned, as this isn't advertised in the description. I'm very disappointed as I already have erythritol at home and was hoping to try a new sweetner. An expensive mistake!!!
