    I tried to return the item but was having a problem with the sellers return label Royal Mail wouldn’t except it . Tried to use a courier but was having problems with the measurements they couldn’t understand that the length and the hight was the same cause it was a tube . Contacted the seller but no help there so I ended up having to keep the item because I have missed returns date . So iv ended up paying £139.95 for something I don’t need now

    Our return policy states - if the item arrives damaged , we are more than happy to collect and replace with a new one.The correct multipoint lock was sent and arrived in perfect condition.The reason for your return was that "You changed your mind" on this occasion the return postage is paid by the buyer.I did explain which courier we use but you did not want to pay the return postage.When measuring the tube - the length and the height is not the same ,, the width and the height is the same..
